We Buy Cars Poor Customer service

This company has a bad customer service, twice now I have booked my car for valuation inspection, I arrived on time all to find I am neglected, and when the inspection is finally done after an hour of waiting, I was told on Saturday 11th of November, was told by Chris that I will get an offer not later than Monday 13th of November. After numerous calls up to now nothing. This kind of customer service is pathetic and a waste of time. Before you call them think twice.
