Upon collecting of the vehicle, items were ******. This became my problem and I had to sort it out. I was promised a refund and that alone took 1 week to solve. The vehicle was handed over to me without a license disc, license disc holder or a permit. The salesperson Ruan made it an internal issue and I had to wait for their investigation. I was then refered to Melissa Loubser who sorted out all my issues.
