Unprofessional, no apologies and Service advertised they don't even offer

Unprofessional, No Apologies and **** Advertising Submitted my Vehicle online they accepted and sent back estimate offer R180k to R240k and my evaluation is booked at NMG , FORD Constantia. Drove over 60km one way to get there with no service. And then they advice I need to pay for a 160 point check. And also they don't buy Audi's and they are over stocked. No Apologies. So if I can advise stay clear they are Unprofessional and they Advertising a service they don't deliver. I'm so passed off
