unhappy client

the consultant helped me to his best of ability. The only problem i encountered is that the defects that were specified was declared properly. after 3 weeks bought the car started giving problems. i had to fix it as I'm using the car to work, i escalated the matter to them on the 8 september 2023 ref 45135 and they requested me to send all invoices. after that they never contacted me again with feedback. I'm very upset because no one is really taking matter seriously, kimberly mgomezulu was the one i sent all slips together with cheris du toit
