Still havent received my refund

If I could I would give them zero rating. I was trying to buy a car with them, but I ended up not buying it because of the terms. I paid R5000 to hold the car online, This was in December. One gentleman said I should be paid in 24hrs, I have spoken to atleast 5 people about a refund. The last person sent me an email and cc'd others onto the email but a month later I still havent received my refund. I am still waiting, they seem to receive money but dont want to make refunds.
