Seriously *** service and attitude

I bought a opel corsa lite from we buy cars midstream, I was treated like a ******** after I made the payment via EFT on the day I went to collect the vehicle. I was send backwards and forwards regarding paperwork and even had to bring my wife to come write a letter at their premises to confirm my residential address as they won`t except a letter stamped by a commissioner of oath, while she was writing the letter there was not one staff member making sure she is my wife or anything..... These guys are clowns. I had endless **** with one of the managers too and it`s been two weeks now and I`m still waiting for a call from them to collect the Natis papers for the car as they says they need to courier them up from Durban. When you call to ask about the document you only get as far as reception. They have mechanics on hand but like other complaints on here they seem to fix the vehicles to last just long enough till you out the door. I wasn`t even 15km away when the car got stuck on the highway, I have subsequently spend around R15 000.00 on getting the car to run again. They a bunch of *******s in most cases and I would not even recommend them to my worst enemy. The public out there should really take note of these complaints and trust me you better off buying from another secondhand dealership even if you pay a bit more. I will be getting InTouch with the consumer board to see if there is anything they can do regarding WE BUY CARS terms and conditions of sales because they seriously *********** clients and some clients can`t afford to fix the vehicles after the bought them. But these *****s don`t seem to care as long as they have your money in their bank account. Please be warned when buying from these idiots.
