Reluctance to assist

Hello,

I'm relocating busy selling my car(s) through www.webuyyourcar.co.za the one branch (Barons Tokai) seems to be the only one participating is re-selling of cars. The book value of my car is R85000 (Polo Vivo 2011 hatch with 182000km on the clock). The conversation I had with the sales person Gavin also confirmed however with minor things needed like oil-change service and two new wheels which will amount to about R5200 in total and final installment (R2600). I'm willing to sell the car for R75000 cash. The sales person pushed it to R65000 which I don't accept, now due to factors beyond my control I said to him lets see what we can work around and his reply was a blatant unwillingness to assist and pushed the sale further down to R60000 saying no thank you.

My problem with this is, you Gavin Rawson are ****ing me and upon further discovery you **** me more. I promise you if I call again you will say R55000 or even less. Why be the only dealership in Cape Town that participate in this if you not willing to work with people. I'm relocating, I need money to register for my further studies and take my little brother to school, this has been the only vehicle I have sweated blood and tears for since 2011 when I bought it new from Barons Bellville. I love the car still and my heart is painful for selling it but something needs to be done in order to get somewhere in life. Either say you don't want to help me just don't rob me and give me the back of the had attitude.
