Poor service service level

Poor service level, I was at Durban Springfield Park the consultant called me and I did see a vehicle that I was interested in making the purchase on. I was being asked for my contact number by and Indian lady at the front desk, I waited for 5 hours I got so tried still no call. I then decided to leave. I had traveled all the way from Ladysmith to Durban to make this purchase. Horrible feeling.
