Misleading Offers

I received an estimate value on my car between R163 000 - R196 000. Took it in for the free inspection that was arranged at Williams Hunt Buy Centre in Bellville, and was eventually only offered R105 000 for a mint condition vehicle. The initial estimate given appears to be a ploy only to get the customer to their premises with no intention of offering anything close to the initial estimated value indicated by them. They are certainly not taking their customers seriously and only succeeding in wasting their time.
