Misleading offers

<p>We buy your car advertises to submit to them what you want to sell</p> <p>With the data they receive from you they give a valuation subject to confirmation by the dealer.</p> <p>Made appointment had valuation done , valuator agreed with valuation.</p> <p>Would get written confirmation never received</p> <p>Got a call offering half the valuation price</p> <p>Asked how was this possible ,reply was did not know were this valuation came from</p> <p>This is totally misleading </p> <p>Complained about this they increased the offer but still far below the minimum price indicated on their valuation.</p> <p>I call this creating expetations and hoping the seller will settle for far less.</p>
