Inadequate disclosure

We bought a motorcycle and a Sedan from We Buy Cars JHB South. We had a few small issues on the vehicles. I brought to their attention the issues on the motorcycle at the dealership. The spare key was missing and the fuel gauge was unoperational. The latter problem was blamed on the Dekra assessors. The service history clearly stated that the sender unit was faulty. So I find the Dekra report is a fairly inadequate and a misleading way of judging the vehicles condition The salesman was one of the most disrespectful arrogant person I've met in a long time. When asked about the sprekey he simply said there's nothing. The vehicle e tag which I still have in possession clearly states that there is a spare key. I went as far as contacting the previous owner. He confirmed that he handed over all the keys. I confronted the salesman about that. He promoted me to lay a complaint. I've layed 2 x complaints. This seems to be an automated system as I get the same response that I will be contacted in 24 hrs. Till now no response. I haven't even complained about the misleading report on the sedan we purchased. I feel the organization is purely operating on a you pay us and be happy with what you get. I'm so sorry I purchased vehicles from them. They are *****ing hard earned money if their response is no response.
