Car has mechanical problems that were not mentioned

I bought a ssangngyong korando on the 17th of December 2021, on the 18th the car showed an engine light while I was driving and I called Maurice the sales man and I was called by a guy who said He is an Operations Manager to take the car to the nearest service center for diagnostic testing and the center manager said there was nothing wrong with the car. The car after 2 days did not take drive it only takes reverse, I called the operatorations manager again and advised me to take the car to the nearest branch which is too fat for me (Port Elizabeth) and towing quotes are very expensive. I am not happy because what's happening at this car was not said before I bought it it was not in the DEKRA report also. And I don't seem to get help from we buy guys, everyday the operations manager promises that I will be called by the CRM department to arrange towing.
