Bad service: Reservation Refund not yet paid

I bought a car last month with we buy cars , because I wanted to get my own car finance, I was told to pay R5000 reservation fee to reserve the car, collected the car on the 08 April and requested for my R5000 reservation Refund, on Wednesday the 10th April I was informed that the request is put through, I’ve been calling, sending emails to customer care and online sales team requesting my refund no response. On the website they mentioned that the refund is paid within 72 hours, no one knows and where and how far is my refund….. all the requested documents were sent.
