Bad service at we buy cars

I bought a car at we buy cars and I saw it online when I reach home a branch it was not what it looks like .I requested a refund it was on the 19 September 24till today I haven't recive my money I was told it takes 72 hours .worse the dome bran h I reserve a car online I went to a bran h the sakes parson by the name if Mpho told me the car is sold .I could still see it in the website d till today and now it's on fCrbook being advertised. And my money it'd nog being payed back into my account bank account.
