2014 Suzuki swift buyer

i have such a bad experience from we buy cars silverlakes , I was dealing with a guy by the name of Paulos. I submitted my documents for finance on Saturday 4 August 2018 and on Monday the 6th I call for feedback he still didn't submit my documents there after the very next day he calls to ask about affordability because apparently clients do finance and they don't follow through. I then tell him I already have my budget and tell what I'm willing to pay and I call the very next day which is today and he still doesn't have answers for me. I have done finance before and never in my life have I encountered such services from any car dealership nor a finance house. I'm writing this with so much disappointment and the lack of customer service is really alarming from such a big company. what would have happened if I had came to you guys with a cash payment..... would I have had a better experience??
