Customer service was awful, took multiple days to even find a number that connects to customer service, a couch me and my Fiancée bought was not even in stock, they emailed us after weeks of constant attempts of trying to contact them only to tell us the warehouse is closed down, we requested a refund only to be told we'll be communicated with 30 days later, a joke of a business that blocks people who gives construction criticism on their Facebook or even dare to ask what number is used to contact customer service. Support a local business, we got a better couch with same day delivery for the same price, Atleast with this couch we didn't get blocked on Facebook
