We Buy Furniture bas business

I purchased a slouch from We Buy Furniture on 21 January 2023. I was told by David the sales guy it is a superior quality product compared to another option is was looking at (which they did not have in stock). I was also told it is brand new. So I bought it and he arranged same day delivery but I needed to pay cash for the transport. The slough arrived and the legs were all wonky and uneven. So I sent it back. I also learned that the slough was taken off the shop floor, therefore a demo, not new. I sent it back with the delivery guy, but the store said they have to escalate this to head office. I insisted on a refund because I was **** to and mislead. They tried endlessly to convince me to have the slough fixed. I continued to refuse. Then they said they take 30 business day to refund. This company lies to people and contravenes the CPA. Don’t get caught, stay far away from them.
