Unprofessional company!!Terrible customer service!!!!Withholding refund for a whole month

This company has the worst customer service EVER!!!!!!!! We bought couches from them (Centurion Branch) in the beginning of Feb 2021, when they delivered the couch could not fit in our living room so the delivery guys returned it back to the shop that same day. We went back to get a refund and they promised it would be processed within a week. Its 3 weeks later and we still have not received it. Everytime we call the call centre they hang up on us. When we go there to follow up they keep asking for our information over and over again!!!!! We have given Buntu the details over and over!!!I dont know how many times I have to explain that the couch was returned back the same day. What kind of company cannot even track to see what happened with an order!!!!They are disorganised and very unprofessional!!!!!We have given you the refund details over 5 times now, why dont you want to give our money back!!!!

Do not ever deal with them!!!!
