Stole my money

I canceled an layby order with this company last week! I still haven't received my refund! My husband and I are both blocked from commenting on there pages on FB! The owner called my husband a ****!! And a lady called me yesterday to tell me that my refund will be processed this morning to date I recieved none no one is answering my calls or getting to me!!! Clearly reputational risk means nothing to this company!!! Seems like taking this legally is the only way!!!!

If there was a zero rating i wouldn't even select that cause zero is still a number
