So confused, a tale by me...

Where do I start, let me start with this... I give them 1 start for one reason and one reason only, and that is the fact that they carried the couches.

The office team is very friendly, but not very clued up or just plain shady. The drivers, or as you will soon see, the inspection team, is very rude and very unprofessional.

So they offered us R3700 for two couches, not a good price at all, but if I had the luxury of time and storage space, I would've kept them until I got a better price... Here is where the problem comes in, they base this baseline price on the photos we sent them pending an inspection, okay fine, that's fair... Then the "inspection team" pitches up, looks at the couches and (get this) takes photos of them to send to the office, for ANOTHER offer...

The office rep**** and said they can do R3000... Now can someone please explain to me what the F just happened??? This inspection team doesn't inspect anything, they literally take photos (of the same couches in the same condition we sent them) and sends them to the office to get a lower price than they estimated from what is essentially, the photos we sent them...

Now if you are confused at this point, don't worry, I'm still struggling to figure out how this clear ******* is still aloud to exist... I am ****ed off...

Also, the lady at the office assured me that we can add furniture at the time of "inspection" if we wanted to, but when I asked the "inspector" if they can make me an offer on a single bed, they said no we need to go through the process again...

This company is misguided, confused, and great con artists... Good luck to you if you use them.
