Ridiculous Customer Service!!!!

Careful when deciding to purchase at We Buy Furniture / Clearance Warehouse. I bought and paid for items in December 2022, waited until March with no delivery, then asked for my money back and I'll go look elsewhere. Requested for a refund which I'm still waiting for today (May), basically I've sponsored this business for free for 5 going to 6 months/half a year. Absolutely ridiculous customer service!!! The Durban store manager is basically ignoring my WhatsApp messages, so I'm still in the dark as to when I will get my money back .. so people please be warned!
