Refund not received from canceled Laybye

I went in the Boksburg branch to Laybye a couch. After reading reviews from a few people of them not receiving their deliveries for months or weeks I decided to cancel because I cannot wait that long after I paid the full price. I requested a refund however I have not been refunded yet.
