What a disappointing and horrible customer experience “We buy furniture in Midrand offered me despite my tolerance. On the 1st of December 2022 I purchase a Hamberg lounge suite which I was told was going to be delivered in 4-5 weeks than but to this day I am the one who has to initiate contact with them I call they cut the call, I have been sending email I do not get any feedback today I called to request my money back seeing that I am running out of patience to my surprise I was told by the lady named Grace that I won’t get my money instead I should use a voucher they sent me after they delivered the wrong item and NOT the item I initially bought from them. Telling me a “customer” that they rely on their supplies to deliver is certainly not my problem and I believe should not be an excuse to any customer especially after I paid cash for the item and was patient enough to wait for two month which was the whole of December and only after I was sending email daily towards the end of January only than the wrong item was delivered. 3 weeks later I am forced to still do business with the company that gave me such treatment. I advised anyone who intends purchasing anything to rather go elsewhere where you’ll get value for your money.
