In the first of September I took a laybuy on two wingback chairs and my last payment was in October

In the first of September I took a laybuy on two wingback chairs and my last payment was in October. I was then told to wait for 4 weeks before delivery. A week before the waiting time lapsed I was called to say the supplier has cancelled because there is no material so I must visit the office so the refund me. Went there on the 19th of September to submit all the required documents, was told that the money will be in my account withing 14 working days, and that I should expect a call from head office for them to verify my details, till today no call no money
