Extremely pathetic service from we buy furniture

We went into a we buy furniture branch in New Town to purchase a lounge suite and coffee table however we did not find what we thought would be suitable for us we then saw pictures of a lounge suite that they had at their centurion branch, one of the consultants at the centurion branch also sent pictures via whatsapp to Petrus the consultant at the Newtown branch and from the pictures we saw and the lounge suite we received it does not look the same not even one bit and we kept complaining and calling in requesting a refund with the lounge suite piled up in my lounge my wife even sprained her ankle walking in the lounge and we did not even open the lounge suites covering and then we buy furniture expects us to take a store voucher as a refund which we feel is unacceptable as there were no refund or returns policy Explained to us and there is also no refund or return policy on the invoice.
