If you're thinking about selling your Furniture to them DON'T. I was sent an offer on our couch and was provided with a date for pre inspection and collection only to be messed around for 3 DAYS trying to find out what is happening as no one was arriving and their communication is completely lacking. Finally they arrive only to be told that they won't be taking the couch as it is not a piece that they are interested in. What is the point of pre-approval and sending and offer? Absolute waste of time.
