Bad customer service

Horrible experience at your branch in Montana. Contacted Godfrey the day before to enquire about the delivery. He said it will take 7 working days,I asked if they are open tomorrow (today) he said yes and provded the times. I am now here to pay and collect and he advises that I can't collect as it has to be fetched from the factory. I am okay with that but could he have not told me yesterday? He says he thought I wanted to come in and pay...bt where is the sense in that when there is an option to pay online? Please rectify this as this means I traveled to Montana for nothing. Worse part,he dismissed me rudely!
