Got ********** and a kick in the teeth

Dealt with Brandon Dale. I was sold an ACER laptop- about 3 days later it stopped working, he then replaced it with a lower spec even WORSE laptop, then eventually said I must fetch the 1st one as he fixed it. Got it back only to find out it is still broken. He refused to give me a refund and now I am stuck with a non functional laptop. Besides the fact that I was **********, I spend copious amt on petrol and time to try and resolve this issue, which should NOT be my responsibility in the 1st place....but to no avail, I am still at square one with a broken laptop which I can only try and sell for spare parts to try and get some money back .To top it of he has a very bad attitude.
