****mers that take your deposit with no intention to return it

I paid a holding deposit which was meant to be paid back to me after 3 business days if I didnt purchase the vehicle. Its now beein 2 weeks and no feedback from neither their online sales team or the sales agent that assisted me. Horrible service.
