Worst experience of my life, not only did they approve me for an incorrectly listed car and only let me know after signing all the documents that now I no longer can get this car and it needs to be rechecked due to the misfiling on their end, and once they do they find out now I have to pay a 7500 rand deposit for a car that costs less than the one I originally applied for. And to make this worse the F and I consultant assigned to me Jacqui was nothing but inconsiderate and rude on the call once they found out that I have an outdated *** on *** with incorrect information showing making me no longer eligible for the same deal and then to make matters worse, she shirked responsibility for the faults of her company and called me some derogatory, shameful and what can only be described as racially motivated comments. I demanded action be taken. On this and I hope heads will roll. This is the worst experience I've ever had
