WARNING

I bought a boat from this company. As a first time buyer I preferred to buy through a professional dealer in order to have a more reliable contact. All seemed to be perfect. The owner Arno Kotze was extremely helpful in the beginning. Mails and messages were rep**** instantly. This ended the day the boat was delivered late in the evening. Outstanding paperwork was promised to be couriered the next days. When nothing happened I tried to get hold of Arno but no respond for days ... he later said that he had bad reception on his cell phone. While later discussing details about the paperwork and equipment he decided that he had enough and stopped answering messages. Still don't have the necessary paperwork for the trailer and I had to find out that Equipment which was supposed to be on board is missing or outdated so that I have to buy new now. In total this leaves me with a very bitter aftertaste and i start to wonder if I can trust other statements given before. I understand that it can be annoying to deal with somebody who is not fami**** with the process but to turn away like this is extremely unprofessional. One of these sad stories which are most probably ending in unnecessary legal battles.
