No Return Policy
Worst service ever!! Please note, they do not have a return policy.... a mere 5 days after purchasing our vehicle, it broke down, engine and gearbox irreparable according to manufacturer. The Dealer had no interest in assisting us.

Thank you for the oppertunity to reply to the complaint. Unfortunately it was found by the Ombudsman that the client drove the vehicle without water to such an extend that it damaged the engine. This finding was made by the impartial body. We as a dealer immediately arranged for tow-in of the vehicle when we heard of the break down, and had the vehilce assessed. All of this was done at our cost. There were signs of fluid loss (the heat guage stopped working) - but the driver continued to drive the vehicle untill the vehilce's engine died due to excessive overheating. We actually received a picture from the driver driving the car with the heat guage on Zero! We pride ourselves in the quaity of our vehicles, this perticular one was sold with a clean Dekra 101 report as well as a comprehensive service record. We cannot be held liable for negligence on the driver's side and cannot take a non running vehilce back with damaged caused by the driver.
We do have a return policy in place as per the CPA and obvouisly there has to be merits to consider this policy.
We trust this explanation satisfies.
