Wearefans? DO NOT!!

Absolutely shocking service, I've bought a Aston Martin custom windbreaker on the the 5th of July. Money was taking from my account and within the week I received an email saying my order has started manufacturing, and that it will take 1-3 weeks for shipment. It's now the the 3rd of August and I've tried emailing, calling, googling, they just don't seem to come up anywhere. It seems they've deleted themselves and are just taking people's money.
