They don’t give a dam about their clients

I ordered a personalized Max V Red Bull shirt on the 10 February 2022

I checked and measured one of my shirts here at home (2xl / 3xl) and according to the size guide chart that was on the WAF website my measurements equated to a 6xl in WAF size.

Received the shirt on the 08th March 2022, and it was damn TENT.

I went back on their website and the sizing chart was GONE.

Contacted WAF via phone on *** (they on WhatsApp too) to inform them of the issue.

I then provided my exact measurements of my shirts I wear daily and provide them the sizes of 71cm under arm to under and 82cm collar to bottom of shirt. They advised a replacement shirt would be made for me as per measurements I provided.

After following up on the 14th March I was told ready in the week.

1st Formula One Race and 2nd Formula One race of the season came and went and no shirt was received.

On the 28th March I queried again and was told that I will be getting a refund and I could go to Grand Prix Store to purchase a shirt there, as my ranting was working on their nerves. I provided account number for the refund, and no refund was forthcoming. To my surprise a shirt was delivered 30th March 2022, and guess what? Now it was too small. The under arm measurements was 62cm and the shirt is a tight fit for me. I messaged WAF and no reply or response has been forthcoming.

I left a review on their Facebook page. It was conveniently deleted and all my comment too. I've been banned on the page too.

They have blocked me on WhatsApp too.

The truth hurts and We Are Fans can't handle it.
