We Are Fans no delivery of order placed 3 July 2022

Place order on 3 July 2022 and no confirmation of delivery. Paid R1059 and no item delivered. Website and facebook pages closed. I wanted for a birthday present for my 50th birthday and what a disappointment a total ****! Found this via Instagram. Now trying to get my refund via Payfast.
