Unacceptable Delay – Still Waiting After Weeks!

I placed my order on December 8th, and as of today, it's still not delivered. This is well past the promised delivery timeframe , and I haven’t received any meaningful updates or resolution. I expected better communication and accountability. This experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I’m left wondering if my order will ever arrive. I hope this gets escalated and resolved immediately.
