Poor quality clothes, poor service & systems.

I orderd some items online & one (pair of shoes) was faulty.

Enquired online & they have me an option to go return at the store. When i got there they couldn’t help as I didn’t have an invoice that they never sent me.

Waited for over an hour trying to resolve to this issue with no outcome. They can’t track nor trace the purchased without the invoice there’s nothing they can do. I am upset & dissatisfied with their ****yy outdated service & system
