The Worst Online Store

I bought my items on the 13th of September till to date I have not received my items…your call centre agents cannot assist because they keep advising that these items are with the courier company and oh your courier first advised that they cannot pick up my address now my cell phone number is wrong which I provided my correct contact number and still nooooooo feedback received …this is the WORST online service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
