Pathetic service delivery: We Are Ayana

I ordered two dresses off of their website and paid. A week later and every week after that for the past month, the packages have been failing delivery so I requested a cancellation of order and a refund of my money. I keep calling in, their call centre is either now NOT taking my calls or their dropping them mid conversation. I have received calls from their warehouse to ensure that it has been escalated however every time I call in to make a follow up, I get different stories. I have submitted complaints with resolution. They are ****mers and I have taken legal action against them. I want my money! My order number is AY12572, I have been sent from pillar to post and NOT one call has been received from We Are Ayana except from their warehouse to give me the same bull**** reason over and over.
