Lay bye

I did a laybye with the store, now I want to take out my laybye I send my daughter to collect and I am being told about a letter and my ID, really it not that deep it just a laybye. Mind you the stores are limited I stay in Jhb CBD and had to travel oll the way to Southgate Mall now I have wasted a lot of money my daughter travelling for nothing. I am so mad right now!! I want my coat please!!
