Horrible servive

Atana is a business **** which does not deliver online orders. I experienced the worst online shopping from a south african store which i tried to support. I placed my order on the 20th and to this day (10 Oct) i dont have my parcel. When i call to enquire i am told my case will be escalated. Nothing ever happened, furthermore they tell me that the driver failed to reach me, which is lie because i am always at work.

I have requested for the refund and they are giving me a run around. Worst service provider with poor quality.

I want my money back including the delivery fee. Ayana pay back my money
