Horrible Online Service

Really disappointed with the delivery service. I placed an order on 01/12/2025, and the tracking still shows “Out for Delivery.” When I call customer service, no one can assist, and there are no contact details for the courier company. Even customer service doesn’t have their number! At this point, I’m not sure if my order is lost. Based on comments from other customers on social platforms, there’s a real possibility I might never receive my parcel. This is unacceptable and extremely frustrating.
