the online store service and delivery its a nono do not buy from Ayana. i ordered goods on 02 September up to date to update on my order until i enquired then i got this message; Please note that there is no tracking found. i will create a complaints ticket that will be attended regarding the issue of your order and how can you even send such reply? no tracking how and why
