Do not purchase from We Are Ayana online or instore because its horrific

Worst online shopping experience. I ordered shoes on the 26th still waiting for it to be delivered. Now they have cancelled my order, not from me instructing them to do that. I just needed my shoes to be delivered.

Would not recommend Ayana to even an enemy... and they even say sorry for the inconvenience as an excuse to not do anything about your problem or query.

First and last time ordering with them.. will not even go instore because i'm utterly disappointed.
