Ayana online is pathetic

Purchased items online on the 21st Nov I had to call in several times to have my order delivered on the 3rd Dec and 1 item was missing called again to find out where my item is and I was told and escalation was done and feedback will be 48hrs the next done I received an email stating my issue was resolved, resolved how when I still don’t have all my clothes? Had to call again on Dec 8th only to be told they have to escalate again😩 I asked them to refund me cos I am tired of this back and forth
