Horrible experience
Horrible experience. Lawyers are in cahoots with a dubious developer. They are eager to complete bond registration with incomplete houses.

The Client purchased from the Developer a sectional title unit, off plan, using bond finance.
Financial institutions always conduct inspections to verify 100% completion of a unit, prior to authorizing bond attorneys to register a bond.
Thus impossible for a firm to complete a registration with an incomplete unit.
