dont do business with WCCTV

Recently purchased a IP 5mb camera from WCCTV. I also bought a top of the range new DVR that can handle upto 8mb cameras. Long story short the camera did not work.

1. They asked me to send back camera via courier at my cost, when I said its not my fault I wont pay for it they said its fine they will. 2. When they inspected camera first said its 5mb and my DVR is only 8mb, I emailed the model number and said its can take upto 8mb. 3. they said the there is something wrong with wiring. I told them that the installer also tested the cam on a 1m new cable to route out the cable problem.

by law they should exchange the product with another one but they refuse to echange it, The Camera is only R750.

Please dont do business with WCCTV they will not back any warranties they give.
