Trade ins at WBT auto
So I traded my 2013 polo into WBT auto in parrow was told that I must provide a settlement letter so that they could settle my car and do finance for me through MFC (NEDBANK) for a vehicle they have, everything went smooth up until the things they agreed to fix on my van purchased, I am now fighting for them to settle my polo that I have traded into them which is now more than a week ago, I even had to go back to the bank to get a new settlement letter...... Still not settled, secondly my polo has been sold already and still they haven't settled it...... Is this not theft.... How does MFC grant the next person finance to buy my trade-in as it hasn't been settled. Is this not *****?

06 Aug 2019, 15:09I would firstly like to reply saying we first of all SETTLED this vehicle by the settlement date,of which HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH MFC,it was a standard bank settlement.I shall attach the necessary documentation to prove our settlement WAS PAID ON TIME AS WE SAID WE WOULD.We also kept in touch .

15 Aug 2019, 16:37to my previous statement wbt has eventually settled my polo and they have fixed the problems that we agreed on, just to add why did I need to go to this lengths anyway things are now as they should be
