bad service, bad attitude

<p>Customer service experts these guys..too busy to deal with customers if the value isn't right for him.<br />I've stood in this shop being ignored on many occasions. After spending thousands in the past with them on my malawi tanks, even referring great customers which have spend thousands recently. <br />I recently asked Mo if they can collect, repair and deliver my new marine tank.<br />He gave me a price which I agreed to and I was told his drivers would be out until 14:30 and he will make arrangements after such time. Not even a curtiousy call explaining why he couldnt make it. Today when I complained about his service, his response was simply, sorry its not worth my while to help you. Nice going. chaps, lots of other aquariums shops to take my business too.</p>
