Poor Administration/ Management

I booked for 10 Code 8 driving classes on the 5th of October 2015 and was supposed to take my test on the 16th of October 2015. Logically I would have expected to take my lessons BEFORE the test but I kept being told there were no available slots until ultimately I had to miss my test because I was not prepared since I was only able to take 5 classes out of the 10 I paid for before the date arrived. After lodging a complaint I was told to \look for another driving school if you want things done according to your time because we have a lot of clients."The instructor was great but the admin is terrible.
